How amusing is the photo to start with? Sarah took the opportunity to click a photo of the energetic Mia in this self orchestrated framed pose. She wanted the painting to reflect her fun and vibrant personality!
TEDDY
How adorable is he? Painted in a softer style to suit the environment in which he was to be showcased but still oozing character!
BEAU
Just look at those ears.... they are almost swishing around the painting just as in reality! She bounds through life with an eye for mischief!
GERTY
The photo was taken on her 1st birthday. She's a cross Terrier and Shih Tzu and isn't it obvious?! That grin continually brings a smile to my face. A little ball of loveliness and cheek!
Here she is in her home with a spectacular bespoke frame looking pretty amazing.
WILBUR
This is Susan's golden retriever. To get a great photo she placed him on the top step of the stairs, positioned herself a few steps down so that she was level, head to head. Daylight is coming from the right and beautifully highlights his adorable face.
BENJI
Such a sweet looking King Charles Spaniel but he can be 'miserable'....the clients word, not mine! I think I managed to portray his true character.

Working from a well lit photo is fantastic. This photo of both dogs was perfect. The brief was to have both dogs together with flowers in a big painting to be situated in a hallway ready to greet visitors. 1 x 1.3m Oh and bright colours!!
