MOSES
How attentive he looks just waiting for the next command! Photos taken in daylight are perfect to work from giving light and shade and beautiful clarity of the eyes.

MR JEFF
Sitting so gentlemanly in the garden, I had a great photo to work from and the most enjoyable time painting him.... looking straight at the viewer without a care in the world!

LENNY
The painting of this little coiled spring of playfulness apparently brought huge smiles on the recipient's face on Christmas morning. Subtle but striking!

LOTTIE
Here I actually used 3 photos to create the look I wanted to achieve as this one was quite blurry. I preferred a spotty/dotty scarf ...suited her character a little more!

LOLA
A much adored family pet taken away unexpectedly at a very young age. The clients couldn't stop crying on receipt of the painting as I had captured the true essence of Lola's personality.
